We were able to disseminate information about SCR4Cleft at a major Cost Action conference in Kristianstad, Sweden on 14 December 2019. The Action - ECCE - aims to study inequality in access to cleft care around Europe and make recommondations on improving access to services. There were 85 delegates present from 25 countries with high level keynote speakers focusing on the following
- A global perspective on cleft and craniofacial care presented by Felicity V Mehendale (Scotland), President of the 14th International Cleft Congress in July 2021 - https://www.cleft2021.com.
- The Japanese perspective on cleft and craniofacial care presented by Takayoshi Sakai (Japan) - the host of the 2025 World Cleft Congresses.
